SUCCEEDING IN HOSPITALITY DOESN’T HAVE TO BE HARD!

At the beginning of my journey as a management student, I was always told to study hard.

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT COURSES ARE VERY DIFFICULT SO STUDY HARD IF YOU WANT TO PASS! (These were the usual words). 🤣

Guess what?

I studied hard, so hard that I failed my exams not once but twice. 😌

No, I wasn’t a dull student, if that’s what you are thinking.

THE PROBLEM

Excessive Studying!

I wanted to get all the good grades so that everyone can be proud of me but I was getting it all wrong.

📚I HAD AN UNHEALTHY STUDY HABIT!

I studied so hard that:
🧑‍💻I traded my rest time for reading.
🧠My brain always got tired.
🫂I starved myself constantly and became physically fragile.

I never knew that excessive study could result in underperformance. I just wanted to be productive.

And the end, this reduced my output, lead to pressure and tension during tests and exams, which in turn lead to failure.

All of that excess amount of information could have led to an injurious effect on my brain.

Thankfully it didn’t. 💃

THE SOLUTION

I sort for help on time. 🫂

You can have a HEALTHY STUDY HABIT without trading your health, hobbies and other activities you love. 💯
